All orders are packed and shipped with care. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other delays outside of our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before the order ships, but changes are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with the carrier and your local delivery area first.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
